  • Whoa, baby!  It is COLD outside tonight!  1*F at the moment, and it's supposed to get down to -10*.  =}
  • I don't want to brag, but when it comes to giving medication pills to dogs, I rock and I know it. ;)
  • Looking for high quality Narnia pictures, graphics, and more?  Search no further - Spareoom.net.  They have an absolutely phenomenal collection of high quality images from all three movies.  A graphic designer's dream come true - I almost fainted...and you gotta love the name;)
  • "Choose your last words carefully, Telmarine!"  "You are a mouse!"  "*sigh* I was hoping for something a little more original..."
  • Is it just me, or does the snow outside look like baking soda?  Something about the texture, the powdery look, the slight sparkle...?  Maybe I'm just crazy.  That's always an option;)  I would indeed be crazy if I didn't take this opportunity to pull out the cross-country skis, which I'm hoping to do tomorrow.  Lovely powder...
  • I love this painting...
  • The little girl's blue bow and vest.  The little boy watching so intently as she knits.  Too sweet:)
  • I find this fascinating, simply fascinating...(might take a moment to load)
  • Try getting him to roll over, or throw his ball - such fun!
  • Are you thinking of starting a PlexPedia blog/site but don't know enough HTML and CSS?  Try checking out the tutorials over at HTML Dog.  And I'm always willing to offer my assistance if you'd like a wee bit o' help designing and laying out your special little "home" on the internet:)
  • Doesn't this picture make you happy?  It makes me feel light, bouncy and happy:)
  • What did people do doing the winter before TV and movies?  You can read and sew for only so long before you go absolutely out of your mind.  I know.
  • I've decided that I need to get this blouse pattern.  Cute, isn't it?
  • I'm planning on altering it slightly to try and duplicate this darling top from Cath Kidston Designs.
  • The stars are so bright tonight - if it wasn't so cold, I would be out there gazing at them right now.
  • And that's about all of the random stuff that's been floating around in my brain today...
Happy Trails and Goodnight, y'all!

One degree?? Ouch!

That painting is adorable. It's almost like a photograph--their hands and feet are so real! The little boy's trousers look like cotton velvet. And the girl has red hair!!! :-D (What can I say? I'm a costume geek, and I have a thing for red hair. :-P)

Loving that blouse. Kinda has a Regency feel to it, but a bit more casual, if that makes any sense. *Files away in Inspiration section of brain*

God bless,

I think it's above freezing now, so at least the cold snap didn't last very long - barn chores are simply miserable when it's that cold outside.

I love costumes and red hair, too!!  I think Anne got me hooked on red hair:)

Yep, makes perfect sense:)

It was pretty cold, but it's warmed up again - it's about 40*F outside right now.

I'm glad you liked it:)  I thought the dog was pretty fascinating, too;)
