Well, it's been a while since we went on our short jaunt to Montana, and I thought I might as well finish posting pictures from it, so I can move on to other things...
So, after little Sam's birthday party, we drove over to my Aunt Kathy's house.  Grandma rode with us, which was fun, of course:)  We thought of kidnapping Grandma and bringing her back to our place (since we had her and her luggage in our car) but...we didn't.  We really should have:(  I sure miss you Grandma!:)
Grandma and I sat on Aunt Kathy's porch to watch a storm move in.  The light kept changing, and I kept jumping up to take more neat pictures of the cow pasture across the road.
Light is beautiful.
I love this picture:)  In fact, I thinks it's our desktop background right now...
Pixie, the cat, was slinking along the lower fence rail, looking for her next victim no doubt.
Alex is quite good on the pogo stick.
Parker with his lego creation - sorry about the dark picture.  I don't feel like photo shopping it at the moment...
Alex chased Parker around the yard and finally cornered him in his tree house...
I can't remember:)
After dinner - delicious elk and venison, thanks to Uncle Jeff's excellent hunting abilities (and cooking abilities, I might add) - we went outside and amused ourselves by dropping water bombs/firecrackers into the pond.
Alex was in charge of putting grass around the crackers to make them float - they're louder and just generally more impressive when they're floating, instead of sinking to the bottom of the pond.
Hailey was in charge of lighting the crackers...or, at least she was in charge of handing the lighter to Alex, who would then light the cracker.
"Give me a light, Hailey."  The Chief has an ever growing number of slaves...;)
I think we'll keep Hailey away from fire in the future...;)
We interrupt this broadcast to give you yet another sky scape (mountain-scape?) picture...
And now, back to our regularly scheduled program...
Back inside, we played several wild games of Spoons with Grandma and Aunt Kathy.
Didn't get any pictures though...
Then we headed to our hotel room for some much needed sleep - being around the Miller clan is so much fun, but you definitely need a chance to recharge and get away from the noise:)
So, we hung out in our hotel room, eating a few snacks, watching a movie on my laptop (Fiddler on the Roof:), and then we all got into our respective beds and went to sleep.
When we were little, being the cruel tyrant I was (am?), I always made Alex sleep in the roll-away bed.   I think it's only just that he's now too tall to fit onto the roll-away and I have to sleep on it...
Just, but cruel.
And this bed was the absolutely worst one ever!!!
Why I didn't think of this before, I have no idea, but next time, I'm going to bring a sleeping bag and just sleep on the floor.  It's got to be better than that roll-away bed...
The next morning, we headed back to Aunt Kathy's house...
On the way over, Alex and I had a camera war - camera wars are always fun:)
Got ya!;)
Oh hoho, but I caught you, too!
We were both snapping pictures as fast as we could...and laughing and giggling, and just generally being goofy:)
Not too many of them turned out though, since we were also both moving:)
Parker was definitely more awake than I was at that time of morning - I'm not a morning person.
Aww - Grandma's hugs are the absolute best!  Kellie and Abbie can attest to that:)
Aunt Kathy and Uncle Jeff's house
We all enjoyed sitting on the front porch before heading out for lunch...
The neighbor's big, friendly black lab come over for a visit.
His name was Camo, and he was very friendly.
Did I mention he was very friendly?
It was a hot day, so Parker ran and got Camo a drink of water.
He was then a very friendly, slobbery dog...;)
Little boys and dogs:)  Black labs are great dogs.
Before we started on our drive back home, we all had lunch at cute little cafe...
Uncle Jeff, Aunt Kathy, Parker and Alex.
Me, Grandma, Mom and Dad.
Hailey had dance class, so she was only able to join us for a short time.
The girls
The boys, minus Uncle Jeff who had to duck out early for a business meeting.
Grandma and three out of...16?  17?  grand kids - I can't remember how many of us there are:)
Well, I do believe that's all of the pictures from our Montana trip!
That's all folks:)

Those are some great pictures Tasha! Especially the scenery ones. Sounds like you had tons of fun. Ya Lauren we really should have sleep over. That would be a lot of fun. We should set up some dates.
