i think it's got to do with the internet connection, or even your internet provider.

The server list has always been known to fail.

I have never had that problem. The server has been having problems though.

...and still is in the current and beta versions.

If it has to do with internet connection, there would be more than one website that acted buggy which is not the case for me.

When that happens to me, I log out of the widget and head to the browser. If it happens on the browser, then I log out, close the window, and bring it back up and try again, which works.

"UNable to connect to server list" is to "unable to create socked to get to server list" as "apple" is to "apple"

I have Mac and can connect reliably to every website except Mars Explorer.

My 1.9.78 server list has improved though.
