classic.

i've seen expelled, and it has convinced me of this.
Steing has to go back to school and learn what science is. that and he has to stop furthering a religious agenda under the guise of acedemic freedom.

SO???
jew and muslims have the exact same creation myth to preach!

unless you want to deny that the thora is your old testament and a part of the qu'ran.

and stein is jewish...and form the movie it becomes frightingly clear that he he's furthering an religious agenda. seeign as creationism and ID are both hinge on the existence of a god.

Actually he just wants freedom of speech. It's obvious the religious agenda of the new age is being pushed with our own tax dollars in evolution. It's a belief where man is god and the ultimate number one. Evolution has so many funds to find real answers and all we find are false assumptions. Creation science is promoted with donations. We are forced to pay for the teachings of your beliefs.

"Actually he just wants freedom of speech"

well he able to make the dam movie isn't he? and creationist can rant all they want can't they? and we can call them on thier BS can't we?

"Evolution has so many funds to find real answers and all we find are false assumptions"

ehm...you do realize that evolutionary theory makes trillions of dollars every year...like in pharmaceuticals, healthcare and agriculture.....

"Creation science is promoted with donations."

so the fact that no self respecting university or government body will fund it makes i credible HOW?

"We are forced to pay for the teachings of your beliefs."

XD same way we force you to pay for your army, police, public schools, and just about any other thing taxes go to.
of course the statement is irrelivent since, a scientific theory is not a religion.

"It's a belief where man is god and the ultimate number one."

what? how is me being one of the many diverse and yet related forms of life on this planet make me a god?

isn't this in conflict with you "evolution makes your kids animals" arguement?

If stien wants freedom of speech...well...it appears he has it.  And it seems he has chosen to use his freedom to make an ass out of himself.

"That's your biased opinion and your entitled to it."

Actually he just wants freedom of speech.

Except it isn't really freedom of speech that he's advocating. Stein, and the rest of the ID/creationism crowd, apparently want the "freedom" to make goofy, unsubstantiated claims and call them science - without being called on their BS.

It's obvious the religious agenda of the new age is being pushed with our own tax dollars in evolution.

Eh? The New Age crowd is almost as strongly-opposed to science as creationists are. Unsurprisingly, since many of them also believe in things that are just as unscientific as special creation (astrology, homeopathy, "ufology," etc).

It's a belief where man is god and the ultimate number one.

Um, according to whom?

Evolution has so many funds to find real answers and all we find are false assumptions.

And since you haven't backed-up that statement - despite having been asked to numerous times - it's safe to assume at this point that you simply can't substantiate that claim.

Creation science is promoted with donations. We are forced to pay for the teachings of your beliefs.

Which is most likely because there is no scientific merit to creation "science" - so the only people willing to fund it are those in the fundamentalist fanatic fringe.
