Image that one of these people were you. Picture your about to go on a mission and you have to stop your enemies before it starts a war.

Sadly, a war starts and you have to stop it. Which person are you?

Ace Combat is a game where you are a fighter pilot. It's basically a game where every mission is a part of the story being played. You have to beat every mission to get another part of it.

It's a great game for dogfighters and those who like to give commands to your wingmen. :P

You can buy new planes and weapons to help your side win the war and be a hero. Everything on there wants to keep you playing.

I just finsished the fourth game yesterday and have been working on the 5th one for a while now. It's amazing!

There are videos and trailors of all of the Ace Combat games on youtube if you want to see the game in action.

Here's a little information for you:

 1. You can give commands to your wingmen to do what you want them to do. Your wingmen, Enemies, Intel ( HQ's ), and other people will talk to you through your radio.

AWACS will tell you if you missed, hit, or destroyed an enemy plane, facility, ships, and many other things. You can also see it next to your radar.

 2. You can also communicate with your wingmen and Intel and even at times, your enemies. All you have to do is use the same buttons you give commands with.

 3. Before starting the game, there is a tutorial that can help you get used to the controls and used to the plane itself before you go and play the campaign.  ( I skip the tutorial all the time only because, its fun to teach yourself. :P )

 4. Sometimes you may have to fly low and you may want to use your gun not your missles. You have limited missles and so you want to watch how many you use. It's different on all the games.

Sometimes you have to watch your gun ammo as well. It is also different on all the Ace Combat games. I do know that in the 5th one, you have unlimited gun ammo.

5. Make sure you can dodge planes, tall buildings, and mountains at all times! You can speed yourself up and slow yourself down and sometimes when you speed up you could crash into the water, ground, buildings, facilities, and mountains.

 6. Make sure you keep an eye at everything that's beside you and behind you. It helps for when you need to find enemies that sneak up on you. You can also change camera views.

 7. Make sure you keep an eye on the conversations between your side and the enemies. You never know what you could miss. It's all about your mission and you really have to watch.

 8. Have Fun!

Ace combat? (You never specified which game it actually was) (Edit: Missed it while skimming)

I've played the iPod version. It's quite fun.

Yes, Ace Combat. There are 7 right now that I know of. I think there's more, but im not sure.

They will have a number in the title and another name along with it though.

I can put a different picture up if anyone wants me to change it.

The iPod version is Ace Combat XI: Skies of incursion. XI is the roman numeral for 11. Ace Combat: Assault Horizons is (I think) newer, meaning the total number is at least 12.
