The new update brought servers with more players, but why not go all the way?

First off, I'm talking like this about players because Nattyfrank told me not to tell anybody. I hope I'm not making a total fool of myself talking like this. If so, I'm going to hunt you down Natty.
All right, I noticed with the new update the bottom servers come with more players, and that I like. But why not go all the way? Getting more players in those servers offers (perhaps with different weapons to prevent farming) people the chance to expirence larger games without the lag the usually accompinies it. And while at it, why not put limited amounts of players in CTF? They rarely leave the base, so it makes for great defenders. This could also help solve the issue of being able to take the flag so easily on maps like Chokepoint.

Way to necro the thread, guys. Well for the question you had I was talking about more AI car implementation such as more than one AI car in a match or keeping the AI when a player joins (CC was different back then) but it looks like there is a lot of anger with the AI cars so I think I will dismiss this.
