I could see that on a Carbon Combat car. Really slow reload time, but massive damage? that would be awesome!

@Techie - relative damage, low reload speed, but pierces everything (and therefore does more damage if it hits the car long-ways... That, and it goes through everything)

I wouldn't say the gun should be able to pierce everything cause then someone would just figure out the location of the car in comparison to the locator arrow.  I would say it should pierce through about the thickness of the bases on battle island, but that is about it.  In the case of the reload time, it might be best to make it twice as long as the minigun's reload time.

well i say that the rail gun should pierce through shields and do alot of dmg slow reload

Halo MAC (Magnetic Accelorator Cannon) 15 seconds to reload and fires at sonic speed and the mini version is a Gauss Rifle can pierce solid rock and about a whole building made of steel and concrete.

The in-game railgun is extremely powerful and god I love using it.  Sniping while flying has never been so easy.

And I just realized (thank you for the massive amounts of bug reports, everyone :P) that I messed up the bullet hit script last night while trying to get the railgun done as fast as possible. I just uploaded a fixed version so everything should work now.

The rail Gun is useless now since it is a 2 hit kill and has such a slowwwwwwwww reload time.  a bigger clip would fix that problem.  or increased daamage (100% on an unarmoured car?)
